I’ve seen Jackie's name around forever and I feel like I already knew her. When I called her to help us understand the process of selling our home. Jackie quickly responded and met with us, and explained everything step by step. We were so happy to hear her advice and we quickly listed our home with her. She priced it right and got us an unbelievable price. At our home inspection we had a few issues arise. We had a small amount of mold in the attic and some electrical issues and a few other minor things. When we got the report my husband and I were so upset. But then Jackie assured us it’s no big deal. She had a pocket of contractors and that she will get people here immediately to address the issues. She had the mold guy there in the morning and that was cleaned up, the electrician arrived in the afternoon and everything was fixed. I was so relieved and able to relax. Jackie made the entire process of selling our parents house so easy from start to finish.  It was listed on a Thursday and accepted an offer the following Tuesday. All of the advice she gave us in regards to  small finishing touches in the interior,  her recommendations and the contractors she brought in to do the work really made a difference in the listed price and the price the house sold for.
